Information
The main drawing for Upper Mississippi Conservation Area waterfowl blinds will be held every other year, on even years. The drawing is composed of four phases.
- During the Applicant Registration, applicants register to be entered into the draw, and select their preferred blinds.
- The random Drawing is performed, and successful applicants are notified by email.
- During the Co-registrant Selection, successful applicants may select up to three hunters (co-registrants) to occupy the blind site with them.
- If any blinds are relinquished, a Reallocation Drawing will be held to reassign those blind sites.
The 2024 drawing will be the last drawing for Upper Mississippi Conservation Waterfowl sites. There will not be a redraw in 2025.
