Hunting Party Registration

This portion of the application process is used to assign up to three co-registrants to your hunting party. Each co-registrant will need the proper permits and a valid conservation number to register.

Permit Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old to apply
  • Resident/Non-Resident Small Game and Migratory Bird
  • (Annual only, no Daily Small Game Permits accepted)
  • Or one of the following
    • Resident Lifetime Conservation Partner
    • Resident Lifetime Small Game

Applicant Information


The draw process is held every other even-numbered year and is composed of four phases

  1. During the Applicant Registration, applicants register to be entered into the draw, and select their preferred blind sites
  2. During the Draw Process, the random drawing is performed and successful applicants are notified
  3. During the Co-Hunter Registration, successful applicants may select up to three co-hunters to occupy the blind site with them
  4. Re-Allocation Drawing for any relinquished blind sites
