  • Click on the register link and begin entering your details.
  • An email is needed to register and it will be your login id. It will also be the email where temporary passwords will be sent if you forget your password.
  • All orders over 1000 seedlings and the ones placed by any customer other than “General Public” will have to go through an approval process. While registering choose the correct customer type that applies to you.
  • Once signed up you can begin using the system as a registered user by logging in.
  • Click on the “Forgot Password” link and the temporary password will be sent to the email ID that you used for registration.
  • Orders can be placed both as registered and unregistered users.
  • Registered users can edit previous orders placed. They are also able to view the status of previous orders.
  • You can add a species to your order by clicking on the “More info” button for each species.
  • Once in the details page enter the quantity needed and press “Add to cart”. Make sure to enter a quantity of 10 or a multiple of 25.
  • Once in the cart you can continue shopping by clicking “Continue shopping” or the home button.
  • When ready to proceed with the checkout hit “Proceed to checkout” from the shopping cart.
  • If logged in all the details of customer will be auto filled, otherwise enter them in. Select the shipping preference.
  • Select “online payment” or “bill me later” for making payments.
  • Once order is placed you can print receipt.
  • Login to your account.
  • Select “Previous orders” from the drop down under your name.
  • Click on the order you wish to edit, it will display the order summary.
  • Click the “Edit Order” button and you can edit the order.
  • Login to your account.
  • Select “Previous orders” from the drop down under your name.
  • Click on the “View” link beside each order and the order history will be displayed.
